About Us
Tom Dardick is the CEO of Mentor Machine Incorporated. He serves as a thought partner for business owners, executives, and managers, specifically in the areas of human performance, people strategy, and organizational culture. Tom is expert at clarifying purpose, message, and implementing systems that help teams work more congruently, productively, and harmoniously. Another way to understand this is he helps executives, managers, and their direct reports find more fulfillment in their work. He has been a full-time People Strategy consultant since 2004.
Tom is the author of the Eye of Power model, which functions as a roadmap to help people get past the inner obstacles that keep them from making desired positive changes. His podcast of the same name centers around the model and discusses topics and actions people can take to increase their personal power – their agency. Tom has helped clients in a variety of industries, including financial, insurance, fleet, distribution, automotive, retail, medical, engineering, education, public services, and not-for-profit organizations.
As the former co-owner and VP of Operations of a manufacturing company and as a current partner and President of a fledgling R & D firm, Tom confronts the same struggles and hard decisions as do his clients. This experience deepens his understanding of the considerations and pressures of executives and business owners.
Tom is an experienced speaker, facilitator, writer, executive/inter-personal communication coach, and people strategy consultant. He has extensive experience in finance, sales, marketing, publishing, management, teaching, self-development, and entrepreneurship. His B.A. from Tufts University was in Economics and he is also a Certified Professional Skills Analyst, Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, as well as TTI Trimetrix HD®, EQ and DNA® certified. He is also certified in the Agile Brain instrument.
Vivek Nigam is an accomplished writer, author, and coach for professional teams. He has been studying professional teams for over 30 years.
Vivek has spent greater than 30 years studying methods for improving team participation, with a focus on integrating different work styles so that everyone on a team has an opportunity to be recognized for their contributions. He has been researching and writing about team participation and remote team behavior for most of his career. Vivek’s background in technology and data lead him to create ReTeam that is a foundational platform used by Mentor Machine and is focused on providing tools and processes to be used in course of everyday to improve interpersonal relationships, wellness, idea sharing and team participation without having to pull people away for offsite or meetings.
Vivek is a published author of multiple articles, has provided training workshops to team tactics for improving participation and team interactions, and holds multiple patents for technical innovations.
Greg Dardick is COO of Mentor Machine Incorportated. He has extensive background in technology and managing technical teams. Greg is a proven leader in building high performance teams and leveraging technology to build strong culture.
Greg obtained his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Computer Science and has worked in several industries including Insurance, Engineering, and Game Development. Greg is a strong thought leader and has a passion for growing individuals and helping them align to customer needs.
Giselle Soares is a dynamic marketing and sales professional at The Mentor Machine, where she leads initiatives across social media, content strategy, client onboarding, and account management. With a background in communication and extensive experience in B2B SaaS, Giselle is passionate about building authentic connections, simplifying complex ideas, and helping organizations foster inclusive, high-performing teams through mentorship.
